Please telephone us at 718 857-6183 to make an appointment. Calling between 10am-2pm will allow you to speak with a receptionist immediately. Otherwise, please leave a message and one of our therapists will return your call between sessions.
If your scheduled appointment begins after reception hours, we ask that you arrive 5 minutes or less before your appointment time. Our door is locked between sessions and we want to make sure that your therapist will be available to let you in.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be advised that we require 24 hours for cancellation. If you cancel after that time, for any reason, we will charge an administrative fee of $45. This is not to punish! Please realize that we don’t wish to profit from your emergencies and inconveniences, but we really must recover our operational costs.
